I'm a late-diagnosed ADHDer with a long list of hobbies I've accummulated over the years. Maybe you relate? ;)
Growing up I always felt like something about me was different but not knowing I had ADHD meant a lot of that got internalized as being not enough - not organized enough, not trying hard enough, not smart enough...
But through my own healing journey I eventually discovered the missing piece of the puzzle - ADHD - and everything changed for the better.
On that journey I also went to a lot of therapy, and even became a licensed therapist myself. And when I realized how many women with ADHD were being missed - I went down a rabbit hole of all things ADHD and haven't looked back.
I've since completed 35+ hours of coursework specifically in ADHD and have had 200+ hours of supervised work with ADHDers specifically in order to became an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and started this coaching journey in 2021 so I could help as many people as possible.
My journey is different than your journey, and that's okay. I'm not here to help you copy + paste what worked for me to apply it to you - I'm here to guide you to find what works for you in your unique life.
