Hey! I'm Nichole.

Navigating ADHD in adulthood can feel a lot like being lost in the woods without a compass. I'm here to help guide you on your journey so you can understand your brain, be kinder to yourself, and make real, meaningful changes.


I know firsthand what it's like to navigate life with ADHD in a world that's not made for us. My frustration for the lack of support for adults who are struggling led me to becoming certified as an ADHD clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP) as well as branching out of the therapy room and into online coaching so I could help more people.


My master's degree in mindfulness-based psychotherapy means I've taken extensive training in mindful awareness work and as a result, have tried many different practices in order to hone in on what works best for me and my clients.
